Before we jump into all that's going on this month at JD, let's do some quick reminders.
Please reserve your spot in class and check-in when you arrive.
Muscle group focus in class: MWF - Upper body, T/Th - Lower body, Saturday - Full body.
Be on the lookout for JD'ers that you'd like to nominate for our "Shout Out Sundays". This can be someone who inspires you, someone that is helpful and encouraging or just a friendly smile when you walk in. Let's share the love!

JD Elite has 3 relay teams running the Bellingham Bay Marathon relay on Sunday, September 22nd. If you want to put together another team with our crew - let's do it! Reach out to us and we will make it happen.
Next race will be the Trails to Taps relay on Sunday, October 13th. The lengths are between 3-6 miles. You don't need to be a speed demon. We are just having fun and running the best race we can as a team.
We are partnering with lululemon (yay!) for our fall JD apparel and race tanks, so I'd love to know who is running in upcoming events to get those ordered up by September. Thanks guys! ππ½ββοΈππ€

We are so excited to announce that we will be launching our new booking app on Wednesday, September 18th. This app will make it seamless to make purchases, book classes, bring friends, reserve childcare in our JD kid's area and keep track of all your incredible milestones!
Keep an eye out for our emails + Instagram posts so you know how to move over to the new platform with us. π
