SUNDAY YOGA
Starting Sunday, October 6th at 9:30am, we are offering yoga again! We are thrilled to have Brit join the team and lead us through a vinyasa flow with an emphasis on stretching and mobility. Yoga will be the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month!

Saturday, October 12th at 9:30am (after the 8:30am class) - We are so excited to have Dr. Heather Salzer and Dr. Caitlin Ford back for another FREE seminar to break down fueling and training across the menstrual cycle to optimize performance and health. Kids are welcome! Come prepared with questions and enjoy some yummy snacks.
