As a certified personal trainer I believe that true health encompasses not just physical strength, but also emotional well-being. My approach to personal training is designed for each individual starting with an initial assessment to tailor the program to fit your specific goals that will progress as you evolve. As a nutrition coach I am also able to offer many healthy eating tools to support your fitness goals.

Specialty packages:

  • Group session: Train with 1-2 other friends or a spouse and save on each session!

  • Post partum 5 session package: This package is to help new mom's ease back into movement, build strength - with a focus on your pelvic floor, and give you the confidence to dive back into all of your passions inside and out of motherhood. 

  • New movement 5 session package: When you're new to exercise, it can be intimidating taking a group fitness class or walking into a gym in general. We will focus on common lifts and exercises, proper form and get you ready to reach your goals.
