What’s happening in February?

Hey JD family,

It’s a new month! Just like that we are working our way through 2024. Each month we will be releasing a JD monthly newsletter to keep you in the know on events and changes happening around the gym! Thanks for following along.🙂

⏰Schedule changes:
We are dividing our Saturday class into two starting on Saturday, February 10th. There will be an 8:00am and 9:00am class! We've been loving having so many weekend warriors coming to start the morning with us, but this will give us more space to get our sweat on. 

💪🏽Programming:
We currently have a daily muscle group focus. We wanted to let members know that every 4 weeks (essentially monthly) the focus on Monday's and Tuesday's will switch. For February, Monday's will remain lower body focused and Tuesday will be chest/back. Next month, these two days will switch. Our intention behind this is not to mess with you. Our workouts are planned out ahead of time and switching monthly will allow a more balanced lifting schedule throughout the week. 

A typical week.

  • Monday: Lower body

  • Tuesday: Chest/back

  • Wednesday: Full body

  • Thursday: Upper body

  • Friday: Lower body/cardio

  • Saturday: Full body

🤘🏽WWU cheer fundraiser class 🤘🏽
Saturday, February 10th for both classes - 8:00am + 9:00am

  • Let's support our Western cheer team as they head to the USA Collegiate Gameday National Championship in Anaheim on February 17th! Attend class and we will donate 1/2 of the funds from attendance to go towards their travel and competition fees. You can also donate here!

💗 Galentine's class w/ Alex and Audrey 💗
Monday, February 12th at 6:30pm

  • Ladies! We are bringing our Galentine's night back this year. Workout with your besties and grab a tasty drink + treat to enjoy after! Wear your favorite red, pink and purple athletic attire. xo

🥳 Mardi Gras 💚
Tuesday, February 13th all day long

  • Wellness juice shots (shots shots shots shots) provided by Refresh Juice Co. for all of our members! Every class gets to enjoy invigorating wellness shots, party lights and playlist to keep the fun going.


It's been awesome to see so many people take on our Forward 45 challenge! Our team is right there with you. Just a reminder that this challenge can be started any time. You didn't miss your window! When you're ready, sign up at the gym and grab your card.
