Our coaches bring energy, motivation, and knowledge to every group fitness class. With a passion for helping you reach your goals, they provide guidance, modifications, and encouragement to ensure a safe, effective, and fun workout for all fitness levels.   • No, we’ve created a variety of membership options ranging from punch cards to drop-ins to a specific number of classes per month. See membership options here.

  • Yes! We offer childcare Tuesday's, Thursday's, Friday's at 9:30am and Saturday's at 8:30am. Simply purchase a $4.00 Childare Drop-In and reserve your spot in the JD Kid's Room.
